M2 Motorway Fibre Upgrade

Scope:

Fibre installation and network expansion

E T Comms was engaged to install new optical fibre infrastructure along the Sydney M2 Motorway as part of a major road upgrade. Works involved underground fibre hauling in high-traffic zones, splicing, testing, and network cutover — all completed under strict timeframes and safety controls.

Aussie Broadband Infrastructure Expansion

Aussie Broadband

Scope:

Fibre hauling, splicing and internal installations

Location:

Greater Sydney

We supported the rollout of new fibre infrastructure to expand Aussie Broadband’s footprint in NSW. Our teams hauled and installed high-capacity fibre across multiple commercial precincts, with internal connections to exchange and MDF rooms.

Fibreconx High-Capacity Hauling Project

Client:

Fibreconx

Scope:

Hauling 864f and 3456f fibre cable

Location:

Sydney CBD and surrounds

This project required the precise delivery of high-density fibre cabling for a carrier-grade network expansion. Our crews deployed specialised winches, A-frames, and Kevlar hauling gear to meet exacting specs while preserving underground duct integrity.

TPG Network Realignment

Client:

TPG / Subcontracted via Tier 1 delivery partner

Scope:

Copper recovery, fibre relocation, and rehaul

Location:

Western Sydney industrial zone

As part of TPG’s infrastructure realignment, E T Comms completed the recovery of legacy copper cable and reinstallation of updated fibre links, maintaining minimal disruption to active services during the transition.
Ongoing Service Delivery
We continue to deliver contracted services across a wide range of infrastructure projects including NBN rollouts, Telstra network support, and government-led civil works. Our scope includes hauling, splicing, rod and rope, network relocations, and electrical terminations.
